Sir, as per report of RO, the industry was advised to maintain the record of fresh water consumed in process area and trade effluent lifted to CETP operator once it comes in operation. As such industry has not started its operation yet.
In view of the above, it is recommended that: - 1. Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for six months. 2. Directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be issued for restoration of electric connection of the industry temporally for six months, please.
