As desired by the Competent Authority the industry has submitted undertaking and clarify that no waste of cutting oil are being generated during any industrial process within their premises as they are using cutting oil in machines only for top up in order to raise it to or maintain it at a required level because during industrial process it burns and evaporated completely.
In view of above it is recommended that CTOs may be granted to the industries upto the adequacy of fee deposited, as already recommended, please, |
