Submitted for approval with additional conditions may be imposed that
1)The industry shall not start its plant without obtaining prior consent to operate from the Board under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution Act, 1981 as well as authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 along with passbook under Rules, 6
2)The industry shall ensure compliance with the Batteries (Management & Handling) Rules, 2001.
3 The industry shall obtain necessary clearance for the abstraction of groundwater from the Punjab Water Regulation & Development Authority (PWRDA), if required.
4. The industry shall submit an approved building plan from the approved architect of the Director of Factory, Punjab at the time of consent to operate.
5 The industry has provided a shed for the storage of raw material and waste plastic within its premise
