It is intimated that the hearing scheduled to be held on 28.05.2024 at 11:00 am before the Environmental Engineer, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Regional Office, Sangrur has been postponed till further orders, due to administrative reasons. Now, the hearing has been fixed on 31.05.2024 at 11:00 am.
As such, you are, therefore, requested to attend the hearing on 31.05.2024 at 11:00 A.M. in the office of Environmental Engineer, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Regional Office, Industrial Focal Point, Sunam Road, Sangrur to show cause, as to why the proposed action may not be taken, failing which, action under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 will be taken against the unit.
