In view of the recommendations of EERO Patiala, consent to establish/NOC for pollution angle may be granted to the Project Proponent for establishing the residential colony in an area of 5.86 acre for 1 year with the suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and additional conditions as proposed by Regional Office and special condition that the project proponent shall either obtain Environmental Clearance under EIA, 2006 or exemption from the Competent Authority for the same for ploting project builtup area till than the PP shall not start any construction activity at site .
