It is submitted that the point wise reply are as under:
1. Regional Office has not mentioned whether any increase in the generation of waste water with the proposed expansion or not viz a viz adequacy of the ETP installed by the industry. RO to clearly mention the increase in pollution load and proposed measures for enhancement in production capacity and technical report in this regard.
Reply: There is no increase in the wastewater with the proposed expansion. The industry has inadvertently mentioned previously in the application form, the wastewater generation on higher side. However, the condition may be imposed that the industry needs to submit adequacy report alongwith water balance before commissioning of expended unit.
2. The compliance report of previous consents attached with the application is not proper… Only few conditions mentioned in the same.
Reply : Amended compliance report is attached.
3. No document from the Town Planning Department shows whether the site of the industry falls within LPA or outside attached.
Reply: The industry has not increase any area and the proposed expansion is within the existing unit. The industry of the industry falls within the LPA of Patran, the Master Plan of which is yet to be prepared and the site falls 100 mtr away from MC limit, Village Lal lakir / phirni and residential area. Therefore, the site is suitable for expansion.
