Kindly peruse the note of AEE. The violations observed during visit carried out by RO officials on 30.04.2024 under the Water Act, 1974 w.r.t operation of ETP and maintenance of plantation area alongwith failure of effluent samples have bene detailed in the agenda note attached by AEE.
It is therefore recommended that:
1. Consent to operate under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution)
Act, 1981 be renewed upto 31.03.2025 subject to suitable conditions.
2. Show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the provisions of the Water
(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be issued to the industry.
