Kindly peruse the note of AEE. Considering the order of Appellate Authority passed vide letter dated 06.02.2024 and the violations observed during visit carried out by RO officials on 30.04.2024 under the Water Act, 1974 w.r.t operation of ETP and maintenance of plantation area alongwith failure of effluent samples have bene detailed in the agenda note attached by AEE.
It is therefore recommended that that Show Cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be issued to the industry due to violations mentioned in the note of AEE as well as in compliance to the decisions of Appellate Authority.
