It is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the project for setting up residential al colony an area 3.452 acers for one year with suitable conditions and with special conditions that:- 1. The project proponent shall obtain necessary permission regarding extraction of ground water from Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority, (PWRDA). 2. The project proponent shall obtain necessary permission from the concerned Departments, if required, if any, in future its own level. (Competency Senior Environmental Engineer) |
