As per observation raised by the Competent Authority, the remaining points reply are given below:
A) The area under tree plantation and expected treated effluent utilization – 0.2594 Acre(1050.18 Sqmtr.) – total effluent 6301.08 ltrs.
B) Area under gardening/ lawns and expected treated effluent utilization – 0.48367769 Acre (1958 Sqmtr.) - total effluent 11748.00 ltrs.
C) Area under grounds and expected treated effluent utilization- 0.785 Acre (3178.7 Sqmtr.) - total effluent 19072.2 ltrs.
D) Other areas for effluent utilization, park etc. and expected consumption - 0.5694 Acre (2305.2 Sqmtr.)- total effluent 13830.00 ltrs.
Total plantation area – 85492.08 sqmtr. And expected effluent Consumption – 50.09 KLD.
The planation area is sufficient for the utilization of effluent for 50 KLD, however, the proposed generation of effluent is 55 KLD.
If approved, application may be ZO with recommendation that the consent to establish (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for the project proponent for one year with conditions that the project proponent shall increase the plantation area for the utilization of proposed treated effluent generation from its premises for 55 KLD.
