Please clarify/submit the following:-
1. Cost of land not included in the CA certificate.
2. As per CA certificate plant & machinery is still under installation and as such only partial CTO can be granted. Please clarify and submit detail of partial production.
3. Building plan endorsed by approved architect.
4. Land document such as Aks Sajra, Fard mentioning the details such as Khata/Khasra numbers.
5. Report from Town Planning Department clearly mentioning that the said khasra numbers are in designated industrial zone.
