CTE may be granted to the industry subject to the following conditions :-
1. The industry shall not generate trade effluent exceeding quantity of 220 KLD from 4 no. jet dyeing machines.
2. The 4 no. jet dyeing machines shall not have capacity to generate trade effluent more than 220 KLD.
3. The industry shall develop plantation area in an area of 3.15 acres as per Karnal technology with eucalyptus trees and this plantation area shall not be used for any other purpose except for utilization of treated trade effluent.
4. The industry shall not enhance its production capacity without prior permissions of the Board.
