File Note: It is submitted that ,the point wise compliance of decisions of personal hearing are attached by AEE vide note dated 28.05.2024. As proposed by RO, If approved that:- 1. Varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for the period of one year dyeing of yarn and fiber @ 3650 Kgs/day with trade effluent generation @ 338.0 KLD & domestic effluent @ 1.0 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD subject to the condition that:- a. The industry shall discharge the whole consented effluent into dedicate sewer line leading to CETP for final treatment in accordance to the shares allotted to the unit. b. The industry will also dismantle any other connection available for discharge of effluent either into public sewer or PDA conveyance system. c. The industry should either take measures to control its inlet parameters by good practices and selection of good chemicals for processing or shall operate and maintain its existing effluent treatment plant (ETP), regularly and efficiently, so as to achieve the inlet effluent standards of CETP as per DPR. d. The industry shall make the necessary arrangements to achieve the effluent standards as per the inlet designed parameters of the CETP. e. There shall be no physical expansion of the unit either with the installation of new machinery or with the permission for enhanced electricity load, after the varied consents are granted for increased discharge of effluent. f. The industry shall not generate/ discharge trade & domestic effluent more than 339 KLD without prior permission of the Board. g. The industry shall stop discharging its effluent in case due to any reason the CETP is not operational or dedicated conveyance system is overflowing. h. The industry will install EMF at inlet water supply also within 01 month i. The industry shall maintain the record of flow meter installed at source and at the outlet leading to CETP. j. The industry shall make adequate arrangements to minimize the consumption of fresh water. ……. Competency: Hon'ble Chairman of the Board
