The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has uploaded lease deed online, however, Khasra nos. Land has not been mentioned in the same.
2. The project proponent has not mentioned details of plantation area for disposal of domestic effluent after passing through septic tank in the application form.
3. The industry has mentioned in serial no. 10 that the site of the industry is located in MC limit, however, the same does not seems to be in order.
4. The industry has not deposited adequate fee under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act 1981 and the fee deposited by the industry is adequate only 31.12.2023 (including penalty and NOC regularization fee).
As such, if approved, the application may be returned online, with the request to resubmit the same after attending above.
