The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is recommended that the industry may be granted renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 upto 30.09.2024 (i.e. upto the validity of ‘consent to operate’ of its sister concern) with usual conditions & with special conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
