It is intimated that the industry is a small scale green category unit.
The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS for the product manufacturing of MANUFACTURING OF Rotawaitor Blade.
The industry has submitted the MSME certificate as the proof of date of commissioning i.e. July, 2021.
The industry has submitted approved building plan from architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry is located in designated industrial zone as per Khasra number mentioned in gazzete notificaiton.
The industry has deposited Rs. 13920/- vide UTR No. 564459232 dated 19.10.2021 (Rs. 11000/- water and Rs. 2200/- as NOC regularization fee) Rs. 11000/- vide UTR No. 407425007 dated 02.04.2024 & Rs. 11000/- vide UTR No. 925981419 dated 02.04.2024 & Rs. 13920/- vide UTR No. 856983328 dated 19.10.2021 which is adequate upto 31.12.2030 against the fixed assets of Rs. 16.01/- Lacs.
Now, the industry has applied for fresh of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents.
The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 02.05.2024 and it was observed as under:-
1. The industry was in operation and engaged in manufacturing of Rotawaitor Blade.
2. The industry has installed machining equipment in its premises.
3. There is no generation of trade effluent from the process and domestic effluent is discharged into sewer.
4. The industry has not installed D.G set/boiler/furnace in its premises.
5. The industry has falls in industrial zone i.e. Industrial Area –C.
6. The industry falls under green category.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.12.2030 with usual conditions please.
