Discussed with your good self, It is submitted that the project proponent is being persuaded to submit bank guarantee of Rs. 5.0 lacs. However, the project proponent has requested that few more days may be given to him for submittion of bank guarantee.
The marriage palace is otherwise complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.
As such, this office of the view that the applications may be returned as they are pending since long.
The marriage palace may be directed to resubmit the applications along with bank guarantee and compliance of hearing decisions please.
