Sir, it is submitted that the HCF has deposited of Rs. 5000/- vide UTR no. AXSK240940002727 dated 03/04/2024, Rs. 5000/- vide UTR no. AXSK241450017899 dated 24/05/2024 as water consent fee and Rs. 5000/- vide UTR no. AXSK240940002706 dated 03/04/2024, Rs. 5000/- vide UTR no. AXSK241450023412 dated 24/05/2024 as air consent fee against the un-depreciated fixed assets of Rs. 21.0 Lacs as on 31/03/2024 as per undertaking, which is adequate upto 30/09/2028 for 09 bedded hospital (in accordance to the notification vide no. 688 dated 02/03/2017 vide which the consent fee to be deposited by the HCF is as per its bed capacity). The domestic effluent has discharged onto land for plantation after treatment in ETP cum STP. |
