Sir, it is submitted that the project proponent is being persuaded to submit bank guarantee of Rs. 5.0 lacs. However, the project proponent has requested that few more days may be given to him for submission of above said bank guarantee...... The marriage palace is now complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981...... As such, this office is of the view that the applications may be returned as they are pending since long....
