Sir, the reply to the observations raised by the Zonal office is attached herewith. Regarding delay in application by 02 months, it is submitted that undersigned is on election duty as Sector Officer at Jagraon since 19.01.2024 and as counting supervisor at Ludhiana Central (063). Also very important NGT matters namely O.A. no. 209 of 2023, O.A. no. 668 of 2023, O.A. no. 165 of 2023, O.A. no. 225 of 2023, O.A. no. 289 of 2023 and E.A. no. 33 0f 2023 in O.A. no. 469 of 2019 were delt in last 02 months.
