In response to the clarification raised by Zonal Office i.e. the colony has proposed 100 KLD treated wastewater reutilized for flushing purposes by providing dual plumping line does not seems to be feasible, the promotor was requested through raising of clarification to submit the clarification on the observations raised by Zonal Office……………………..
Accordingly, the promotor has submitted that residential colony comprises 88 Nos residential plots and 10 Nos SCOs. For 1st phase, the promotor has submitted that about 25 KLD wastewater will be generated and for discharging of same, the plantation area will be developed as per karnal technology as given the proposal of area 5 kanal 11 marlas. For 2nd phase, the promotor has submitted that wastewater generation will be 30-40 KLD and 3rd phase the wastewater generation will be 40-50 KLD.
Further submitted that the 100 KLD of effluent can easily reutilized for flushing, kitchen garden purpose. ……………………….
In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to establish applied by the project proponent may be granted with the main condition that the PP will submit proper technical report to the Board as well as scheme for reutilization of 100 KLD effluent of wastewater before starting any development activity on the site.
