The matter was discussed alongwith your good self with Worthy MS sir. As the industry has given very short timelines for completion of the activities mentioned in the note of undersigned dated 28.05.2024. As such in view of the recommendations of EERO Rupnagar, consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 31.03.2026 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by Regional Office.
