Sir, the industry has already submitted the rent deed/ leese deed and copy of registries of land alongwith the application. Now the industry has submitted the site plan showing the plantation area and processing shed with measurements.
Further, Competency to decide the case lies with the Senior Environmental Engineer.
In view of above, it is recommended that NOC for expansion may be granted to the industry for production of Printed Polyester Knitted Cloth @ 4 T/day and dyed Polyester Cloth @ 1.8 (Existing) + 4.5 (Proposed) = 6.3 T/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 111 KLD (5 KLD reused in printing section and 111 KLD onto land for plantation after ETP in an area of 1.75 AC) and domestic effluent @ 0.7 KLD onto land for plantation after treatment through septic tank for the period of one year with suitable conditions and special condition that the industry shall not commission the proposed machinery without getting varied consent to operate from the Board.
