As per RO report, the industry was visited by officer of the Board on 15.05.2024 and it was observed that the industry was in operation. During the visit, the stack emission sample was collected from porthole on stack after APCD of incinerator of 500 L/Hr and as per analysis results concentration of CO2 is found to be 11 mg/Nm3 is within the prescribed limits of the Board.
As proposed by Regional Office, may, if approved: 1. Consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.03.2025 with suitable conditions.
