Sir,
In reply of the clarification raised by the CA of the Board, it is submitted that:-
1. The area classification certificate of the industry is enclosed herewith
2. Trade effluent applied by the industry is 126 KLD, out of which 111 KLD shall be discharged onto land for plantation and 15 KLD shall be reused for printing.
3. Earlier, industry has installed 03 soft flow machines of capacity 200 kh each, now industry has proposed to install 03 more soft flow machines of capacity 300 kg x 1 and 200 kg x 2 inside the premises. The calculation of the discharge from proposed machinery is attached by the industry in brief project report, which is in accordance with the Board’s calculation.
4. Competency to decide the case lies with SEE.
5. The industry can be allowed to made expansion at present site as per the conditions of the Master Plan.
In view of above, it is recommended that NOC for expansion may be granted to the industry for production of Printed Polyester Knitted Cloth @ 4 T/day and dyed Polyester Cloth @ 1.8 (Existing) + 4.5 (Proposed) = 6.3 T/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 111 KLD (5 KLD reused in printing section and 111 KLD onto land for plantation after ETP in an area of 1.75 AC) and domestic effluent @ 0.7 KLD onto land for plantation after treatment through septic tank for the period of one year with suitable conditions and special condition that the industry shall not commission the proposed machinery without getting varied consent to operate from the Board. |
