The application has been scrutinized w.r.t. necessary documents required, in accordance with Board’s policy dated 30.04.2013.
If approved, the application be forwarded to RO for verification of contents of applications of the project proponent, carrying out field visit of the project site & submission of report/ recommendation on merits within 7 days. Further, the RO be requested to give comments on the following:
1. Verify if the proposal of the industry is in consonance with CTE granted to the industry and give comments.
2. Give comments on the adequacy of the CTO fees deposited by the unit.
3. To verify if the APCDs installed by the industry is principally adequate to contain the emissions within the prescribed norms and give comments on the same.
4. To verify if the industry has installed AAQM stations in the upwind & downwind directions of the unit.
Further, the RO be requested to submit report in the form of prescribed Online Agenda Note by the Board.
P.S.: In case, any other supporting document is required by the visiting Officer in light of the site conditions / observations during the conduct of visit, the same may be obtained from the project proponent / industry through attachment of addendum before submission of recommendations to decide the application.
