The case was examined and following observations have been made:
1. The industry has submitted letter obtained from STP, Ludhiana vide no. 3782 dated 15.05.2023 regarding area classification, however, RO has not submitted any comments on the same.
2. RO has submitted that the industry is a orange category unit, however, the industry vide their reply stated that the industry falls under Green Category.
If approved, RO be requested to clarify the above and mention the category of the industry along with category number and then recommend the case accordingly, please. |
