The case was examined and it was observed that:
1. The industry has not submitted proper DEMAT of shares.
2. The industry has not submitted record of discharge during the last three months as per SCADA.
3. The industry has not submitted the detail of machinery.
4. The industry has not submitted latest analysis of air emission samples.
If approved, SCN of refusal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be issued to the industry with an opportunity of personal hearing at ZO level, please. |
