It is recommended that the fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2029 with usual conditions and special condition that: 1. The brick kiln will not use any illegal fuel at site. The brick kiln shall use 20% paddy straw pellets based fuel with coal in future. 2. That Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd be directed to restore the supply of electricity to the brick kiln for permanently. 3. The brick kiln will provide more plants along boundary wall before the upcoming rainy season. |
