In view of the recommendations of EERO, Patiala, consent to establish/NOC expansion from pollution angle may be granted to the industry for a period of one year, subject to suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and additional conditions as under
1. The industry shall submit technical report w.r.t total wastewater to be generated viz-a-viz capacity of the ETP installed by it within one month.
2. The industry shall develop adequate plantation area for disposal of its entire treated wastewater.
3. The industry shall maintain records w.r.t consumption of the fresh water in the process as well as disposal of treated wastewater.
4. The industry shall operate its ETP regularly and efficiently to achieve prescribed standards at all the times.
5. The industry shall obtain all other necessary permissions from the concerned departments well before its enhancement in the production of the unit.
