The report of the EERO Roopnagar has been examined and observed as under:
1. As the plant has been purchased by any other firm however only an affidavit from the previous owner has been attached and no purchase/ registration deed submitted in the name of new firm.
2. The industry was given personal hearing by this office on 20.09.2023 being heavy smoke found emitting by the plant wherein it was decided that RO shall collect the samples from the stack within one month but the RO has recommended the application without any monitoring of the plant.
