Application of the industry was scrutinized and following discrepencies are observed:-
1. The industry has submitted copy of registry of land in which 02 nos owner of the lands are shown, but as per application the firm has shown as proprietorship firm with single owner.
2. The industry has submitted copy of registry of land in which total land area has mentioned i.e. 6 kanal 8 marla which is aprox 0.79 Acre land. Further, in ADA, Amritsar report total land for which NOC has obtained is 3862.22 sq gaz in which some area covered under a building is also shown. Hence, the industry has not submitted actual site plan of its existing unit and proposed unit. If, the industry has already a building in its total area then industry has not sufficient land for providing plantation area.
3. The industry has submitted copy of NOC issued from ADA, Amritsar which is unsigned by the authority. Moreover, considering para number 09 of the NOC, it is not clarified that this NOC is issued for what purpose.
Application is hereby returned as incomplete with request to resubmit after clarifying above observations.
