As discussed, sir , it is intimated that as per policy of the Board, the industry is a medium scale unit. Further, as per MSME notification dated 26.06.2020, the industry is a small scale unit (value of plan and machinery is less than 10 crores) and the industry has applied to obtain CTO as small scale industry as per said MSME notification. Further, as per CEE, Ludhiana letter no. 537-47 dated 24.05.2024, it was cleared that the said notification of MSME has not yet been adopted by the Board.
It is also pertinent to mention here that in the CTO application of M/s VMS Metal Works Pvt Ltd, Village Sandharsi, Rajpura, Patiala (R21PTA347118), the competent authority has already adopted the said MSME notification. (Copy of note history is attached)
