Sir, the point wise reply of the clarification raised by your good self is as under: -
1. What’s the proposal to arrest air emissions to be generated from the process ? If milling is over for the season and it’s not to be operated for coming season, why no comments have been submitted for revocation of CTO issued to rice sheller.
Reply: - Sir, the industry has proposed to install cyclone separator as APCD for contain the air emission generated during its operation. Further, the draft letter for the cancellation of the consents has been prepared. The same has also been dealt through hard file and the file along with draft letter has been sent to your office for kind approval.
2. Is fresh plastic resin is to be used as raw material ?
Reply: - Only fresh plastic resin is to be used as raw material
3. Pl re- check by product mentioned in agenda note.
Reply: - the industry has applied for obtaining NOC/consent to establish of the Board for establishing a PVC unit under small scale green category i.e. for manufacturing Plastic Marble Sheets and PVC Panels @ 5.0 T/day by using Resin @ 1.5 T/day, Calcium Carbonate @ 3.0 T/day & Chemicals @ 1.0 T/day as raw material.
In view of the above, it is recommended that NOC/Establish be granted to the industry for one year for manufacturing of Plastic Marble Sheets and PVC Panels @ 5.0 T/day by using Resin @ 1.5 T/day, Calcium Carbonate @ 3.0 T/day & Chemicals 1.0 T/day as raw material with suitable conditions and special conditions that:-
1. The project project will obtain permission from PWRDA from abstraction of ground water.
2. The project proponent shall not start construction activity at site without prior intimation to the Board alongwith surrender of consents granted by the Board.
3. The Board shall not be responsible for liability, if any, of other concerned departments for converting purpose of land use from rice sheller to commercial establishment.
4. The project proponent shall obtain necessary permission from other departments, if need be.
