A written and regular verbal complaints have been received in this office against the industry for causing air pollution from raw material procured by the industry and it's operations.
Submitted as proposed by AEE for refusal of CTO under Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981 and initiating action the industry u/s 33-A of Air Act,1981 and 33-A of Water Act,1974.
