It is submitted that the project proponent was earlier granted Consent to Establish (NOC) vide no. CTE/Fresh/PTA/2023/21440073 dated 25/05/2023, which was valid upto 14/03/2024 for establishment of commercial project in total land area of 9.86 acres having max. built-up area as 19913.76 sqm consisting of components as 81 plots for shops & 2 Drive-Thru units, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.
Now, the project proponent has applied for obtaining extension in the validity of NOC earlier granted by the Board under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 along with requisite documents.
The project proponent has deposited Rs 18500/- vide UTR. No. N107242991528864 dated 16.04.2024 on account of NOC extension fee (50% of one year fees) under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 against the investment of Rs. 2940.0 lacs, which is adequate upto 14.03.2025.
The project proponent has submitted request letter citing that there was delay in obtaining some related approvals thus the construction got delayed. The same is expected to be completed in 6-8 months’ time thus we request you to grant us CTE extension for 1 year.
The site of the project was visited by the officer of Regional Office on 20.05.2024 and observed as under:
1. That the civil construction work is under progress.
2. The representative informed that 60% of civil work of project site has been completed and the work will be done/ completed within period of six to eight months.
3. The civil foundation work of construction of sewerage lines have started.
The RO has recommendation that extension of NOC under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 maybe granted to the project upto 14.03.2025 subject to suitable conditions and special condition that in case any other units such as microbrewery / service station etc. other than food court / restaurant comes in the said project than those unit shall be liable to obtain separate NOC / CTO from the Board.
In consideration of the report/ recommendations sent by RO; if approved, the validity of the Consent to Establish (NOC) earlier granted vide no. CTE/Fresh/PTA/2023/21440073 dated 25/05/2023, which was valid upto 14/03/2024, be further extended for another year i.e. upto 14/03/2025, subject to all terms & conditions as mentioned in the original CTE granted to the project and one additional condition that:
1. In case, any other units such as microbrewery / service station etc. other than food court / restaurant comes in the said project than those unit shall be liable to obtain separate CTE/ CTO from the Board. |
