Proceedings of the personal hearing held before the Worthy Chief Environmental Engineer(B) on 09/05/2024 has been conveyed to the industry as well as Regional Office vide letter no. 793-94 dated 05/06/2024. A copy of the same is attached online.
Besides other decisions, it was also decided that the renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 applied by the industry be granted upto the adequacy of the consent fee deposited by it.
