Please peruse EE ZO J Note31.5.2024, which state that the Competency to decide the case is with Regional office and it has principally approved the consent to operate.
May if approved the electric connection of the stone crusher may be restored six months period with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that the stone crusher shall comply with the code of practice prescribed for stone crushers. RO may be allowed to issue CTO, as it recommended that it is a fit case for grant of consent.
