The case was examined and it was observed that:...................................
1. The industry has applied for consent to establish for establishing a new unit namely M/s Mahaluxmi Processing House Private Limited (Unit-II), however, the site / address of the industry is same as the address of M/s Mahaluxmi Processing House Private Limited i.e. Plot No-C-231, Phase -VIII, Focal Point, Ludhiana. But, Regional Office has not submitted whether the electric connection of the proposed unit is separate or joint with existing dyeing unit.
2. Whether, the premises of the both industries are separate or same.
3. Whether, the owners of the both industries are same or separate.
4. Whether, M/s Mahaluxmi Processing House Private Limited is doing expansion or a separate unit is being established................................
May if approved, Regional Office be requested to clarify the above and submit conclusive report / recommendations, please. |
