On scrutinizing the application, it is observed as under:-
1) The industry is required to upload revenue record regarding purchase of existing rice sheller unit i.e. M/s Vig Agro Exports (P) Ltd. by the firm M/s Jeet Vansh Agro Foods.
2) The industry is required to NOC Regularization fee.
3) The industry is required to submit detail regarding change in the plant & machinery as well as production capacity w.r.t. the earlier existing unit M/s Vig Agro Exports (P) Ltd.
Clarify within 02 days.
