On scrutinizing the application, it is observed as under:-
1) The industry is required to submit manufacturing process as well as raw material and products.
2) The industry is required to submit detail of wastewater treatment from the process.
3) The industry was issued notice u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and the u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 alongwith opportunity of personal hearing before worthy Chief Environmental Engineer of the Board on 20.05.2024 and proceedings of the same have been issued vide letter no. 2640 dated 05.06.2024 (copy attached). As such, the industry is required to submit compliance of the decisions of the personal hearing for processing of application.
Clarify within 02 days.
