The compliance of siting guidelines as reported by revenue department vide letter no. 23 dated 09.04.2024 is as under:-

The report received from DTP regarding following points:-
1. A(vi) 500 Meters away from the bye-pass, National Highway, State Highway and Scheduled Road- Yes the site is more than 500 meter from the mentioned nomenclature as per DTP report received vide no. 561 dated 04.03.2023.
2. Distance from urbanisable limits of master plan and from Local Body limits where the master plans are yet to be prepared. -The site is more than 500 meter away from any urbanisable limits of master plan and as per the DTP report rice shellers are permissible in said area. letters already attached in appliction.
