The reply of the clarification raised by your goodself is as under:
1. Sir, the sampling will be carried out in future. If short term CTO will be granted then, industry is not able to apply renewal of CTO as Auto renewal option is available, which is required to deposit CTO fees again. Moreover, at that case, the industry is having option to obtain auto granted certificate. Thus, it is feasible for us as well as industry to grant long term CTO.
2. The industry has granted CTE for production of Saila rice @ 3TPH. However, now it has reduced its production capacity and wants to obtain partial consent to produce Saila rice @ 1TPH.
