May if approved, the project proponent may be granted revised NOC from pollution angel for setting of residential colony in area of 37.35 acres with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and special conditions proposed by RO that:- 1. The project proponent shall obtain the revised approved building-cum-layout plans from the competent authority/concerned departments before the commissioning of the project, if required. 2. The project proponent shall install & commission the STP as per feasibility report submitted by it before the occupancy and commissioning of the project. 3. The project proponent shall provide the arrangements for utilizing 45% of untreated effluent after treatment through STP (approx 97 KLD) for dual plumbing and construction work. 4. The project proponent shall develop adequate plantation area with long trees to utilize the treated domestic effluent @ 112 KLD before the occupancy and commissioning of the project. 5. The project proponent shall not sold out the existing site of the STP earlier proposed by it inside the colony. 6. The project proponent shall install flow meter on the submersible pump as well as at the outlet of STP and treated sewage reuse pipelines. 7. The project proponent shall be bound to comply with the conditions of CLU issued by the Local Govt. Punjab vide memo no. PB/CLU/BNN/Barnala/1011 dated 29.06.2021 in true letter & spirit. 8. The project proponent shall comply with the provisions of the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 for collection & disposal of solid waste generated from the colony. 9. The project proponent shall not start any activities, which covers under the ambit of EIA notification 2006. 10. The project proponent shall obtain permission from other Govt. Departments, if need be.
