The application of the industry for obtaining NOC (consent to establish) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 has been scrutinized and it was observed that the project proponent is required to submit the proposed building plan of the unit as approved by the Director of Factories showing the exact details of the total area of the project alongwith proposed built up area, so as to adjudge the applicability of Environmental Clearance under EIA notification 14.09.2006.
As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete. |
