It is intimated that Mahaluxmi Processing House (Dyeing Unit) is establishing a new unit i.e. M/s Mahaluxmi Processing House Private Limited (Unit-II) in form of its subsidiary. The directors mentioned in application form are different for both the units. However, in list of directors as per its project report, one director Sh. Bharat Bhushan is common. The industry has not submitted electricity bill. The industry has executed a rent deed with its mother unit i.e. Mahaluxmi Silk Store, Ludhiana.
