It is submitted that the application of the institute has been scrutinized and it was observed that :-
1. The institute has not submitted the CA certificate of latest financial year i:e 2024. As such, the adequacy of consent fee cannot be adjudged.
2. The institute is required to submit analysis report of wastewater samples carried out by Govt lab i:e PPCB/PBTI lab.
3. The institute has submitted the compliance of consents granted to it in annotated form. However, the same was mentioned as Noted and agreed which needs to submitted in elaborate form.
As such, the application of the institute cannot be considered at this stage. If approved, the application may be returned herewith request to re submit the same after complying with the above said observations.
