In view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO FGS, may if approved
1. Consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act,1981 be renewed upto 30.09.2024 as decided by Chairman of the Board during hearing on 27.03.2024 in case of consent under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act,1974 as consent is lying pending with the Board since 24.03.2024
2. EE, RO, Fatehgarh Sahib be requested to submit his recommendations on e-note for further action in the matter please
