As per RO report, the Punjab Dyers Association vide its letter dated 21.02.2024 has allotted 150 shares to the industry. The industry has submitted letter from Company Secretary in which it has been reported that Mr. Anil Seth holds 83105 shares in PDA. Thus, DEMAT shares of the industry are for 83.01 KLD.
Keeping the above in view, it is recommended that: 1. The industry may be granted ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution Act) Act, 1974 for six month with discharge of trade effluent @ 83.01 KLD..........
