| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The project proponent has not submitted approved layout plan by Govt. of Punjab.
2. The project proponent has not submitted any document regarding ownership of the project i.e. (Partnership Deed/Memorandum of Article of Association /Proprietorship certificate/ Resolution of Board of Director/ partners regarding authorized signatory).
3. The project proponent has submitted feasibility report of STP however it has not mentioned the STP capacity.
4. The project proponent is required to submit details of its plantation/green area.
You are requested to submit above said observations within 02 days.
